Information used by the service

Account information includes the name, email address, authentication records, and preferences you provide. The service also keeps credit transactions, orders, generation settings, job status, and support requests. Security and rate-limit checks may use request information such as your IP address.

If you generate a video, the service receives your selected photo and stores the resulting video. Uploads accept one JPEG, PNG, or WebP image of up to 5 MB. The image is prepared in a 720 × 1280 frame. Use only authorized photos of consenting adults or pets; do not upload minors, public figures, or sensitive documents.

Processing and access

When generation is enabled, APIMart's Kling motion-control service receives access to the input image through a temporary signed URL and uses the selected motion reference to process the job. That signed URL can be used by anyone holding it until it expires, so it is not intended for sharing. APIMart processes the input under its own service and privacy terms; the storage period below applies to this website's copy, not automatically to a provider's copy.

Jobs and stored outputs are not published in a public gallery. Access through the user application is limited to the owning account. Authorized operators can review job metadata for support and reconciliation. The service uses account, payment, and job records to operate your account, reconcile results, return credits after confirmed failures, prevent abuse, and investigate support issues. PayPal processes payment details for checkout; this website does not store full card numbers.

Storage and deletion

Input and output media each expire 30 days after they are stored. Expired media becomes unavailable through the application; scheduled cleanup removes the stored files. Deleting a finished creation hides its record and removes access to its output, with file removal handled by cleanup. An associated input image may remain until its own expiry. Active jobs cannot be deleted while their outcome is unresolved.

Account, order, credit, and job metadata are separate from media files and are not covered by the 30-day media purge. These records remain available for account operation, payment reconciliation, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through support; records needed for unresolved transactions or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Your browser may keep a local photo draft and generation choices to preserve them through sign-in. See the Cookie Policy for local storage and clearing instructions. A download or copy you publish elsewhere is outside this website's deletion controls.
